This is a cured ham with the bone, it is packaged in boxes and it weighs approx. 9,5/10 Kg.
Whole boned ham, branded with the Parma crown and vacuum packed
This whole ham is cured and then boned. The ingredients used are exclusively leg of ham and salt, no nitrates or other preservatives are used whatsoever. It is vacuum packed and then boxed, the weight is approx. 7,5/8 kg.
Half boned ham, branded with the Parma crown and vacuum packed
This is half ham that is cured and then boned, which is avaiable in the more convenient family size pack. It is vacuum packed and then boxed, the weight is approx. 4 Kg.
